Achievement in Community In Bloom Competition
This year, we participated in the Community In Bloom competition again. With the addition of our new Community Garden, we were honoured to be conferred the Platinum Award! It's a combined effort of our Club, together with the PSG group, the Brownies and the Scouts, the Student CIP Green Officers and other pupils and teachers who helped. Hooray and a big THANK YOU to All!

Open House and Celebration of Success on 2nd July I
We had the Open House and Celebration of Success event on the 2nd of July. On that day, groups of kids from three Kindergartens visited our school. Our club set up booths near the Community Garden, with activities ready for the kids to try hands-on. Though due to rain, the kids did not visit the Science Garden, we set up a small experiential classroom for the kids to observe some plants and animals. With the guide of our members, the kids had a wonderful time observing and learning about the plants and animals.
Open House and Celebration of Success -Preparation
The club prepared a scarecrow and additional suncatchers for the event. The members had made quite a number of suncatchers before, out of the recycled bottles, but this was the first time they tried on the scarecrow. Materials used included the bamboo sticks, gloves and recycled plastics, used cap and T-shirt would be put on later.
